Aid, CPR and AED for the Community and Workplace:
American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid, CPR and AED training
Accreditation and Approvals:
This
is an American Heart Association accredited course, certificates are valid for two years.
This program meets OSHA requirements (OSHA Standard 1910.151) regarding first aid training.
We are
an approved vendor of CPR and first aid training for child care
providers in the State of Colorado. Please click here to view our

Division of Child Care.
Topics Covered:
These courses include a variety of topics
include
bandaging, treatment of shock, respiratory emergencies, environmental
emergencies, use of an epi-pen, inhaler, adult, child and infant CPR, AED
plus more.
Training in the emergency
administration of oxygen is available as an add-on module to
this course.
Intended Audience:
These
classes meet requirements for child care providers, babysitters,
teachers, educators, guides, foster / adoptive parents, personal
trainers, construction, most businesses, industrial settings
and more.

We have a class option intended for parents of young children, foster /
adoptive parents and host home providers. This program will bring CPR
and first aid training into your home, eliminating the need for child or respite care. Please view the appointment scheduling page to schedule a class.
Skills
Checks:
If you have
taken CPR and first aid training previously, there
is a quicker option available. By taking the on-line portion through
the American
Heart Association and attending a skills check session,
you may obtain the same certification. Please click
