Office Hours:
Office hours are by appointment only. We are happy to meet with you to conduct individual classes or skills checks; please use the
on-line scheduling feature.

We strive to be available via phone 7 days a week, class schedules allowing.
Please use e-mail if possible so your question can be answered after business hours or during short breaks in classes. E-mail usually provides the fastest responses.
If you are calling to request a book before a class, please be aware that we have halted this practice. This is generally not necessary and we feel it just creates an extra expense for our clients. The book cost is included in each class price.

If you are calling to reschedule, please re-register on-line for the class you want to reschedule into. Please indicate in the comments field that you are rescheduling, and the date of the class you originally scheduled for. Your rescheduling has been completed once you reach the payment screen. Do not enter payment information.
