For replacement of lost certification cards, please read the following information:

First, please be sure you took your class through Colorado Safety Training LLC. Many of the replacement card requests we receive are not from our prior customers.

Secondly, determine if the certificate that you need to have replaced is an American Heart Association (AHA) certificate. AHA certificates include all basic level CPR and first aid classes  after October 1, 2007, and all BLS for Healthcare Providers classes we have offered. If the card you need to have replaced was issued by the AHA, please contact CPR Professionals (our AHA CTC) at 303-918-8077. They will collect payment for, and issue you a replacement certificate.

If you took a basic first aid and CPR class from us before October 1, 2007, please contact us directly so we can obtain a replacement for you.
