Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies: Updated 2-17-2010
Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
- If we cancel your class, a full refund will be given if you are unable to transfer.
- Course fees are non-refundable with less than 14 days remaining until the class. This policy also governs registrations occuring within 14 days of the class.
- ALL cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the course fee, per class, per person.
- You may reschedule your class ONCE at no charge if requested PRIOR to the start of the class.
- If you fail to call and do not attend the class, NO refunds will be given and you will NOT be entitled to free rescheduling.
- All rescheduling must be completed within 60 days of the initial registration.
- In NO case will refunds be given following the use of the rescheduling option.
- In NO case will refund or free rescheduling options be given those leaving a class prior to its completion.
Class Registrations
- Prepayment and preregistration are required for all classes. No seats are held without prepayment.
- On-line credit card or check prepayment is required to immediately reserve a seat in a class.
- Payments sent via mail will be accepted in the order received.
- Certificates may be held until check payments have cleared.
Late Arrivals:
- At the instructor's discretion, anyone more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule unless prior phone notification was made.
Cancellations
- While we make every effort to avoid class
cancellations, upon occasion weather or other circumstances
beyond our control may make it necessary to cancel a class.
- If your class is canceled, we will attempt to notify you 24 hours in advance. Customers
are responsible for checking both e-mail (if given) and voice mail before the class for notification of cancellation.
Miscellaneous
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the class registered for is appropriate. As certification and course
requirements occasionally charge, we do not provide any warranties of fitness for any particular purpose.
- Mailed certificates will be replaced fee of charge if notification of non-receipt is made within 90 days. After 90 days a replacement fee will be charged.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain a proper learning environment. For classes at our office, disruptive students will be asked to leave without refund.
- Customers are expected to be available for the entire projected length of class time. We will not rush through courses
to accommodate individual scheduling issues. Skills checks and private instruction are available for most courses and are the best way to handle scheduling issues.
