At Colorado Safety Training LLC, we take the privacy of our customers very seriously.

Any information that you provide to us will only be used in a manner directly related to providing services that you have requested. Examples of this include, but are not limited to, use of your mailing address to mail certifications and other materials or supplying class rosters to the accrediting agencies (Red Cross, American Heart Association, etc) for quality assurance purposes.

We may use your contact information to provide infrequent notices of additional courses that you may be interested in or as a reminder of an upcoming class or pending expiration of your certification. Any further disclosure or use will only be with your permission.

Your financial information will remain secure, and will never be disclosed without your permission. We will only use your financial information to collect funds in the amounts directly authorized by you.

While the vast majority of the time it will not be necessary, we reserve the right to use any information provided for legitimate collection actives by us or licensed agencies, or for reporting suspicious or illegal activity to law enforcement.
