On-Site Training FAQ and Request Form

Thank you for your interest in having us provide on-site training.

This information is provided as a general estimate of pricing. Exact pricing will depend on other factors, including but not limited to class size, travel distance and specific content of the class. 

Commonly Requested Topics:
  • CPR (adult, child, infant)
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers (health care provider level CPR) *, **
  • AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) **
  • Basic First Aid
  • Blood Borne Pathogens
  • Fire Extinguisher (didactic only)
Any two of these may be included in our base pricing, indicated below. Additional topic areas are offered at a rate of $5 each per person (in most cases).  

* BLS for Healthcare Providers training is counted as two topics.
** We are able to provide AED units at very competitive rates for customers requesting training services, please contact us for details.

Pricing Structure (not including books): 
  • Up to 7 persons: $50 per person *
  • 8 - 12 persons: $40 per person *
  • Over 13 persons: $35 per person *
A minimum class size of 4 individuals shall apply in all cases, however you may choose to pay for unused seats. Books are not included in the above pricing. While not every individual is required to obtain a copy of the text,  American Heart Association standards do require that several reference copies be available for future reference. Books are available at the price of $10 to $15 per book, depending on materials to be covered.

Time Required

Please plan on about 4 hours to cover two topic areas; add one hour for each additional topic area to be covered. Please be aware that projected ending times are estimates only; our goal is to provide quality instruction by addressing all questions and performance issues brought up during the training.

Scheduling

Availability for on-site training will depend on the day and time requested. In many cases we are able to accommodate urgent requests such as same or next day training requests. 
  • Normal business hours (M-F, 7 AM to 5 PM): greatest availability
  • Evenings (M-F, 5 PM to 10 PM): good availability 
  • Weekends (Sat, Sun): low availability, advance notice required
